Shipping Policy

I ship all UK Mainland orders via Royal Mail. All orders, unless commissioned or bespoke, will be dispatched within 3 to 5 Business Days at Standard Shipping Cost: £5.00.

For pre-made cushions available on the website, I also offer 'Express Shipping.' Please select 'Express Shipping' at checkout and I will dispatch your order within 1 to 2 Business Days. Express Shipping Cost: £7.50.

Free Shipping on All Purchases Over: £100.00.

For all orders made outside of the UK Mainland please contact me via the 'Contact Me' Page on this website before purchase, and I will be happy to provide a shipping quote.

I take great care to package your cushions in a way that ensures they arrive in perfect condition. All cushions will be sent carefully wrapped and in 100% compostable/sustainable packaging. I also include a 'Care Instructions' card for your information.

Return & Exchange Policy

I hope that you'll to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Primrose Cushion Company as I make every cushion with great care and attention. However, if you'd like to return your cushion, please contact me via the 'Contact Me' Page of this website to inform me of your intent to return your cushion.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of order, please ensure the cushions are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
